Preparing For Class:
Regular work out gear such as yoga pants, shorts, tanks or t-shirts and whatever else you feel comfortable in will be fine for your mat warm-up. You will also be barefoot for your first class, but we will explore heels and costumes in the following weeks. Remember not to not wear lotions or oils on the day of class for safety on the pole.
