Each 90 minute class features Pole Dance, Floor, Wall and Chair Dance. Classes are small and intimate with lots of individual attention and time for discovery. We begin with a sensual stretch and strength filled mat warm up to lengthen your muscles and increase flexibility.
Dive into our Prop Box of costumes and accessories or bring your own! You are also encouraged to bring your own music.
